An uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all damage or defect claims.
The video must clearly show:

• Opening process
• Product and packaging contents

Without a valid unboxing video, refund or damage claims cannot be processed.

Claim Timeline

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Unboxing video
• Photos of the issue
• Order details

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.
