Our Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on jewellery orders, except in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will process a refund only if:

Mandatory Requirement:

📹 Unboxing video is compulsory

You must record a clear, 360 degree uninterrupted video while opening your Varanyah package. The video should show:

• The sealed package with our branding visible.
• The process of opening the package.
• The contents inside, including the jewellery and packaging.

Without the unboxing video, refund requests cannot be processed. This policy protects both you and us from fraudulent claims.

How to Raise a Return Request

• Record your unboxing video at the time of delivery.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@varanyah.com or WhatsApp 09179261835.
• Share the unboxing video along with clear photos of the defect/damage.
• Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Shipping charges (₹100 or ₹200 for COD) are non-refundable.
• COD advance payments will be refunded if the defect claim is approved.
• Refunds do not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or change of mind.
