Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery (Prepaid Orders)

• Flat ₹100 shipping on all domestic orders
• Trackable courier service with real-time updates

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• ₹200 shipping charges apply for COD orders
• Advance payment of ₹1,000 required to confirm your COD order
• This advance will be adjusted against your total bill amount at the time of delivery

Example: If your order is ₹3,500, you pay ₹1,000 advance + ₹200 COD shipping. At delivery, you pay the remaining ₹2,500.

International Shipping

• Available on request
• Shipping cost depends on your location and order quantity

• Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days (varies by country)

We stand behind the quality of every Varanyah piece. However, to maintain fairness and protect against misuse, we have a clear return policy.

Our Return Policy

• We do not accept returns on jewellery orders, except in case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit.

Exception: Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will process a refund only if:

📹 Unboxing video is compulsory

You must record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your Varanyah package. The video should show:

• The sealed package with our branding visible
• The process of opening the package
• The contents inside, including the jewellery and packaging

Without the unboxing video, refund requests cannot be processed. This policy protects both you and us from fraudulent claims.

How to Raise a Return Request

• Record your unboxing video at the time of delivery
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@varanyah.com or WhatsApp 09179261835
• Share the unboxing video along with clear photos of the defect/damage
• Our team will review your request within 2-3 business daysIf approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Important Notes

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges (₹100 or ₹200 for COD) are non-refundable
• COD advance payments (₹1,000) will be refunded if the defect claim is approved
• Refunds do not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or change of mind
